Kates hold a Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering (honors), a member of Master
Builders Association and Australian Institute of Project Managers. She has
over 25 years in the building and construction industry. Kates experience
provides a strong foundation for understanding of various elements to
building services and construction. Kate entered the building and
construction industry as a design engineer and progressed her career across
many aspects of the industry including design engineering, facility
management, technical manager, contracts administration, project
management, building investigation and condition reports spreading across
varying industries defence, commercial, residential, and retail.
She easily adapts and learns new project scopes and delivery requirements,
identify risks and assist client developing the most time and cost-efficient
manner in which to deliver their project. She has an attention to detail, and
sound understanding of legislative requirements and with a great ability to
research and problem solve.
Kate has successfully founded and operated her own business for 6+ years
providing Building Reports and Project Management Services through SEQ.
Nat is a much welcomed member of the ASQ team, bringing with her proficiency and capability in leading a high performing team in the delivering of customer service, delivering results through her ability to influence stakeholders and build lasting relationships, lead change and implement business initiatives and coach and develop team performance.
Nat has extensive experience and knowledge in the retail and corporate world, having worked as Team Leader, Store Manager and group safety leader for Woolworths for 20 years
Nat is currently completing her Certificate IV Project Management to add to her already long list of training Certificate in coaching and deployment, Operational leadership program and leadership program
Zac Ravensworth has recently joined ASQ as a trainee Project Officer while pursuing his studies in Certificate IV in Project Management. In addition to his coursework, Zac is embarking on a valuable journey of practical learning by participating in a work experience program with a well-established local construction company. This endeavour aims to provide him with a comprehensive insight into the multifaceted world of the construction industry.
Drawing from his extensive background in various sectors, including hospitality, retail, and healthcare, Zac brings to the table a remarkable nine years of leadership experience. This rich history has equipped him with a profound understanding of financial management, the art of achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and the ability to meet clients’ needs at an elevated level. His tenure in these dynamic industries has instilled in him the agility to adapt swiftly to changing circumstances and to efficiently lead teams toward their objectives.
Furthermore, Zac has diligently pursued his passion for healthcare, culminating in his role at the esteemed Royal Melbourne Hospital. In this high-pressure healthcare environment, he has honed his ability to excel under stress, all the while maintaining an unwavering attention to detail. His diverse exposure spans across various healthcare settings, from Emergency Departments to Aged Care facilities. This broad experience enables him to articulate a wide spectrum of concerns from the stakeholders involved while remaining focused on the core issues at hand.
